OneMart Supermarket Refund & Return Policy

At One Mart Supermarket, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem with an item, please review the policy below.


Proof of Purchase Required

All refund or return requests must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Without a receipt, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange.


Return Time Limits

Standard Grocery Items


Most grocery and household items may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.


Electronic Items

Electronic items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.


Items That Cannot Be Returned


For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:


  • Fruits

  • Vegetables

  • Tobacco products

  • Medical products, medicines, and healthcare items


Customers should carefully inspect these items before completing their purchase.


Conditions for Returns


Returned items must:

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be unopened and unused where applicable

  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components (for electronics)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify One Mart Supermarket as soon as possible and within the applicable return period. Customers must prove that the damage or defect existed at the time or purchase.


After inspection, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method


There are exceptions for items formally recalled by manufacturers or found to be unsafe.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.


If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at management's discretion.


Right to Refuse Returns

One Mart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or tampering.
